One delivery.
Three ways to prepare it.

Choose grouped folders, grouped folders with prefix tags, or a single flat folder with prefixes. Silent files and non-audio clutter are removed either way.

Time before the mix
30 min 10 sec

Thirty minutes per project, gone into someone else's folder chaos. Multiply that by every session you'll open this year. That is the time Stem Organizer gives back before the mix begins. Spend it on the record, not on Finder.

The part nobody bills for

It's not the work.
It's the wrong kind of work.

Engineering uses your ears, your taste, your patience. None of that should be spent dragging files into folders, decoding naming habits or hunting down what is missing. By the time the session opens, your focus should still be intact. The decisions that make a record sound like yours deserve a fresh head.

You sit down. The session is ready. Your battery is full.
What it resolves

Built for the folders engineers actually receive.

Reads inconsistent naming

Kick, vox, hats, risers, abbreviations and producer habits. Stem Organizer interprets real file naming patterns and routes each audio file into its target category.

Clears non-session noise

Silent audio, .asd files, Ableton set files, backups and system debris are removed from the organized output.

Unpacks zipped deliveries

Drop a .zip, and the app extracts the audio before building the organized result.

Local file handling The organizing stage is performed on your Mac. No upload pipeline is required for the audio itself.
Three output layouts Grouped folders, folders with prefix tags, or a flat prefixed result. Choose the structure that fits your session prep.
Built from session deliveries Shaped by years of real incoming folders, not by a theoretical file structure.
The routing system

Nine categories.
One consistent reading of the folder.

Kick, drums, hats, fills, bass, FX, synths, vocals and others. The same classification logic supports every output layout.

FAQ

The short answers.

Can I bring the organized output into my DAW?
Yes. Stem Organizer prepares folders and filenames before import. The result is a standard audio delivery on disk, ready to be brought into Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, FL Studio, Cubase, Reaper or another DAW.
Will it change the folder I received?
No. The original delivery stays intact. Stem Organizer creates a separate organized output. Prefix modes only add category tags to filenames inside that new result, never to the source folder.
Does the app need an internet connection while organizing?
The organizing itself runs on your Mac. Internet access is only used when needed for subscription validation or account-related steps.
What kinds of deliveries can it handle?
A regular folder of stems, nested subfolders or a .zip package. The app extracts what is needed, flattens unnecessary nesting and prepares the audio into the chosen output structure.
Who is Stem Organizer built for?
Engineers, producers and studios that regularly receive folders prepared by someone else. The classification engine was shaped by real naming patterns across professional deliveries, while the interface stays direct enough for everyday use.
